I'm reviving a lost thread here... I've created the disclaimer as above and all's working - except I need to add in our weblink. We have two websites for the firm, with different users for each - I need to pull in the attribute from AD - does anyone know the AD code to enable this to work in the Ex2010 disclaimer? I can't find a reference to it anyway.

BTW - I've tried using the attribute shown in ADSI against the website link (wWWHomePage), that's a no go!

Great feature. However be careful with reply/forwarded e-mails: the signature is appended *again* at the *end* of the e-mail - that is, if you have a conversation that includes 10 e-mails exchanged with someone within the same thread, the signature is always appended to the *end* of the entire e-mail and NOT to the end of the *current*, most recent message.
I am not aware of any built-in transport rule or other automated solution that comes with Exchange that would add signatures to the same location as the ones defined in traditional Outlook profile signature definitions.
Hope thjis makes sense. If not, try it. :-)

elianm:

One way (may not be the right way) is to set up an exception for the rule. Under the Exceptions section when setting up the rule or editing it, check the "except when the Subject field contains specific words" checkbox and then add the entries "RE" and "FW" to the list.

Good Luck!

Is there a trick or some way to not include the same signature in replied/forwarded messages in Outlook?
