Hello, I have a question regarding this. First, in the example described above the projector resource is set to auto-accept a booking request. In our company the projector is a restricted item and requires authorization in order to book. Is it possible to set this in Outlook 2007 rather than have it accept the request automatically?

My suspicion is that there is no such functionality
