		<description>You can restrict access on who can book a resource through the exchange command shell or the easier option is to do this through Outlook web access. 

To do this sign into owa with an account that has permissions to the resource mailbox and then open that mailbox. Go to options then resouce settings.</description>

		<description>Hello, I have a question regarding this.  First, in the example described above the projector resource is set to auto-accept a booking request.  In our company the projector is a restricted item and requires authorization in order to book.  Is it possible to set this in Outlook 2007 rather than have it accept the request automatically?

My suspicion is that there is no such functionality</description>
